PAYMENT OF FEES
By completing the event registration form, the attendee is committing to attend and therefore pay for the applicable amount (complying with the cancellation policy below).
All payments should be made prior to the event

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Sam Care at [email protected].
- Bookings cancelled on or after 4th October will remain fully payable.
- Cancellations made before then will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
We encourage you to send a colleague in your place where possible.
Should we cancel, postpone the event or change its format to a virtual or hybrid one, you will be entitled to cancel your registration and to receive a full refund. The deadline to request this cancellation and refund will be communicated if and when this change happens.
VENUE AND EVENT ACCESSIBILITY
We are regularly monitoring changes in government regulations around events. We recommend all attendees take a lateral flow test no more than 24 hours prior to the event. We advise any attendees who are not feeling well or who are displaying Covid-19 symptoms to please not attend.
Alternative or additional precautions like the wearing of masks inside the venue might also be considered and requested.

DELEGATE LIST
At many of our events, we distribute delegates lists to attendees. These lists consist of the full name and company name of all registered attendees, but do not include contact details such as email addresses. We don’t allow third parties to use these lists for promotional purposes without your express consent.
